The 130 000 litre water tanks are currently connected to a fully functional drip irrigation system covering 5 hectares. There is an electrified 8 roomed staff accommodation, a 3 roomed office block with storage shed, 3000 bird capicity fowl run, cattle and goats handling facilities, feeding troughs, an orchard, a gum plantation and 5 paddocks.
